Children's Home
RSI's Children's Home is scheduled to open in December 2011!
This new endeavor for RSI is the culmination of months of hard work and planning by a dedicated and loyal staff to provide a home like atmosphere for children with developmental disabilities. RSI, along with concerned parents and community members, recognized a strong need in the Minot area for a residential program to serve children with autism and/or medical needs.
Our philosphosy of community integration will be a core value for the home as the children will be involved with the local schools, medical community and all other community services for which they can participate. RSI has a strong history of high quality services for individuals with disabilities and this program is another step in the right direction for the Minot community to providing exceptional care for its citizens. The new home will house up to six children.
RSI has recently hired Lindsey Anderson to serve as the Program Coordinator. Lindsey has a strong history of exceptional customer service skills and experience in working with people with disabilities for RSI. Lindsey is currently working on completing the training requirements to provide exemplary services in the children's home. RSI is also seeking donations to help make our home the best it can be. If you are looking to provide financial assistance to further benefit the children being served in the program, please contact RSI today or click on the Donate now button on our home page. All donations to RSI are tax deductible and will be used exclusively for the children's home.
